Aldcliffe with Stodday Parish Council

Extraordinary Meeting of the Parish Council, 27th June 2023

Regarding the planning proposal 23/00567/OUT Land South of Aldcliffe Hall Lane.

Following considerable concern within the Parish about this proposed development, the Parish Council has called an Extraordinary Meeting to discuss the issue.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday evening the 27th June at 7pm at the Friends Meeting House on Meeting House Lane; you are invited to attend and to speak should you wish.

It would be most helpful if you would indicate whether you propose to attend the meeting and if you wish to speak; please reply as soon as possible to: clerk@aldcliffewithstoddaypc.org

Click here to view the indicative site plan for seven houses proposed by the developer. There is no ‘Design and Access’ statement and very little detail in the current proposal. The application is an ‘outline’ seeking approval in principle for the access to the site and for the number of houses proposed. If approved, the developer would then need to submit a ‘reserved matters’ application with details about design, layout, landscaping, and services.

All objections submitted to the City Council will be posted on this site.
