Following completion of the City Council’s Regulation 16 Consultation, an independent examination of the NDP commenced in mid-January 2022. The Examination of the Plan is carried out by an Independent Examiner who is a qualified planning professional experienced in Neighbourhood Plans. The procedure for the examination is set out in the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations.
All responses received by the City Council to its Reg 16 Consultation, together with the Parish Council’s comments on those responses (see link below), have been submitted to the Independent Examiner.
