History of the Parish’s Neighbourhood Development Plan

Aldcliffe with Stodday Parish Council made a commitment in September  2018 to begin arrangements for producing a Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) covering the whole of the Parish Boundary.  

The Parish Council’s application for an Aldcliffe with Stodday Plan Designation Area was approved by the City Council on 10th December 2018.

The Parish is now moving forward with establishing a Neighbourhood Plan Working Group (NPWG) to to lead on this important initiative.  Planning consultants Kirkwells Ltd have been appointed to assist the NPWG with the process and the Group will report to the Parish Council at each Council meeting.

This section of the website will be used to help keep parishioners and stakeholders informed and engaged with the development of our NDP.
