Planning within the Parish is a major consideration for the Parish Council. The Council is consulted by Lancaster City Council on the Local Plan and on relevant planning applications and Councillors will consider and comment on these as the Parish’s elected representatives.
Aside from the Parish Council’s role in planning, any individual has the right to comment on applications. Through this website, the Parish Council will seek to keep parishioners informed of new applications and emerging planning issues.
