A resident has passed on word of damage to the cattle grid at the entrance from Aldcliffe Hall Lane to Craiglands Court. There are three steel straps welded across the steel bars of the grid. The two outer straps are fractured close to the edge of the Craiglands Court side of the grid. The broken straps are slightly raised and could constitute a tripping hazard. The Western break is the most raised. 

This fault has now been reported to the Highways Authority.
